Russ has always been a controversial artist in the eyes of some music fans. At one point in his career it was almost seen as a trend to be hating on Russ, the artist stayed solid and stuck to his craft. Selling out arenas worldwide and putting up numbers on his music, got everyone off his back after the trend died down. That’s exactly what the topic of discussion for his latest track ‘Legend Freestyle’ which was produced by Conductor Williams. A lot of people will be intrigued to hear the name drops on this one.

Russ finds himself calling out publications by name and unleashing on the credentials of some journalists. “I’m not impressed with editors of Rolling Stone or GQ. Y’all egos is crazy is you think that artists actually need you. Y’all don’t move the needle’ he raps. As well as putting the media on blast, he bigs himself up as a legend in the game.
