NEW MIXTAPE: Kehlani - While We Wait 2

It appears that Kehlani has dropped another project this year. After dropping the lead single ‘When He’s Not There’, it is now time for the Oakland raised star to unleash ‘While We Wait 2’.

Her fans will certainly be impressed from her work rate this year, she has been feeding them well. Her most recent success actually came from her name being featured as the title of a track, she then went onto jump on the ‘KEHLANI (REMIX)’ and the rest is history. More recently she returned with Lucky Daye for their collaboration ‘When He’s Not There’, which as you can guess from the title is a little controversial. The duo sound like they are going to cause a few problems for relationships with this one.

If you cast your mind back to 2019 when Kehlani dropped ‘While We Wait’ which was a 9 track mixtape, the sequel see's her unveil 14 tracks, with features from Ludmilla, Flo, Dixson, Destin Conrad, ChildOfNines, Lil Mo', Vince Staples and of course, Lucky Daye.

We aren’t quite used to midweek releases, especially for projects, but we can make an exception for Kehlani. ‘While We Wait 2’ is officially out now and features ‘When He’s Not There’ which is the stand out track on this project.
