NEW: Lil Durk - Monitoring Me

Lil Durk has been moving different as of late, a lot of these changes came after he received good news and found out he had been cleared of all his charges. ‘Turn Up A Notch’ was a moment for his fans, with the latest single resonating in the streets.

He’s now back with another new single titled ‘Monitoring Me’. This new drop comes at the perfect time, the hype is building up for his upcoming 'LS4TS 3’ tape. Earlier this week, we received a leaked cover art and tracklist for the project which got the fans excited.

For me, this is one of the best tracks Durk has dropped all year, he shows no mercy in two and a half minutes. The track somehow manages to be very catchy but still has that real gritty street music feel. Smurk is one of the best in the game for making trap anthems, it feels so effortless on ‘Monitoring Me’.

It will be interesting to see what kind of bag Durk is in for this upcoming project, from the leaked tracklist it looks as though there will be a few genres on the tape. He’s rumoured to have features from Sabrina Carpenter and Morgan Wallen, showcasing he’s got tracks for the mainstream as well.
