Cole leaves no stone unturned on this new single. J Cole has been steadily gearing towards a solo single come back for a couple of months now. The list of tracks that he has featured on recently is stacked, working with Tee Grizzley, A$AP Rocky and Daylyt.

Yesterday, the rapper wiped his Instagram page before posting this new single ‘Port Antonio’ - which comes as a surprise mid-week drop and it’s clear Cole has a lot to get off his chest. This record makes no attempt to appeal to the masses, instead it just gives listeners confirmation that the ‘Big Three’ isn’t going anywhere.

Many people counted the Dreamville rapper out when he bowed out of the rap beef with Drake and Kendrick. Branding him as a coward and he faced some pretty strong criticism via social media for his apology to K Dot. Cole rips through each verse on this track, delivering outstanding wordplay over a subtle but catchy instrumental. He has some words for his haters who thought he couldn’t bounce back from the situation. We are expecting this track to be on his upcoming album ‘The Fall Off’ as it clearly marks a new era for J Cole.
