NEW ALBUM: NBA YoungBoy - I Just Got A Lot On My Shoulders

NBA YoungBoy got to go down as one of the most consistent artists this decade, in terms of his output he’s really unmatched. In the last five years, he’s managed to drop six albums. Along with the consistent drops, it’s helped him gain a core fanbase that support him no matter what, despite all the legal issues he has been through. The rapper is back with more new music and this time he drops off a brand new album ‘I Just Got A Lot On My Shoulders’ and like the title suggests, it’s not a cheerful album.

NBA kicks the album off with two knock out blows, ‘Versace Shades’ and ‘Never Stopping’ are real energetic records, yet contain emotional lyrics. For me one of the stand out tracks has to be ‘Hope You Make It’ I would definitely recommend listening to this one, even if you’re not going to stream the full tape. He has something for everyone on this album, especially with more melodic R&B tracks like ‘My Love’ and ‘Sneaking’.
