NEW ALBUM: Lil Uzi Vert - Eternal Atake 2

Lil Uzi Vert is back on the scene with a brand new album. Due to the late announcement, this tape almost feels like a surprise. It was only announced a couple of weeks ago that he would be dropping, which personally I think has affected the hype of the album. Prior to the album being released a have saw a couple of campaigns to market the project but other than that it has been pretty quite on my timeline.

It feels like Uzi has taken his foot of the gas with his music but fans will be pleased he has finally started dropping material again. Will this spark his return to the music industry?

This album is a unique mashup of styles and sounds from different album drops. It has a very similar sound to the first ‘Eternal Atake’ but leaks elements of his ‘PINK TAPE’. ‘We Good’ starts things off with a bold cinematic sound before transitioning to more aggressive sounds later on in the project.

Uzi handles majority of the album solo, with very minimal features which is quite refreshing, given the current climate of features in the Hip Hop world.
