NEW ALBUM: Lil Tecca - Plan A

Lil Tecca is one of them artists who can effortlessly make a great hook, just like Quavo the rapper can make a catchy hook with ease. He has been tapping into that side of his artistry for years now, which I think is the main reason why people don’t hit him with the one hit wonder title.

Ever since his hit ‘Ransom’ dropped in 2019, he has been able to somewhat stay in the limelight and maintain a respectable career. He has been dropping music consistently for the past couple months after announcing his next album. The wait is finally over, Lil Tecca has dropped ‘Plan A’.

Tecca wasted no time on this project to let us see his talents, as he opens with a track called ‘TASTE’ he decided to select quite a funky beat and add pitched backing vocals which displays a different side to what we would expect from him. ‘I CANT LET GO’ with Don Toliver is a standout record for me, Toliver shows us exactly why he is called the melody man. It was good to hear the artist on ‘NEVER LAST’ which is arguably the smoothest his vocals have ever sounded.
