NEW ALBUM: FERG - DAROLD

FERG is officially back. A lot has changed for the former A$AP Mob member, one big change has been his stage name. Many fans will notice he goes by the name Ferg now after dropping the A$AP out of his name. He has been out the game for some years but 2024 we was blessed with his comeback. He has been steadily dropping new singles over the past couple months and now we know what those singles were building up for. The Harlem rapper drops a brand new album for us, the album is titled ‘DAROLD’.

This album finds him take his signature sound and refine it to suit with the current Hip-Hop wave. It’s crazy how he has adapted his music to keep his originality but keep up with current waves, many fans have been saying this is his most vulnerable project to date.

We find FERG to open up about stress and guilt on records like ‘Casting Spells’ and ‘Pool’. The latter is one of my favourite tracks off the album, a truly incredible song and one that I couldn’t have imagined FERG writing 5/6 years ago.
