Destroy Lonely gives the fans what they have been waiting for. Despite being an Opium artist and having such heavy influencers around him like Playboi Carti, Lonely has managed to carve out his own lane. He has a lot more emphasis on melody than most of his Opium crew but still has the ability to fit perfectly into the group.
After a patient wait from the fans, he has released his second studio album ‘Love Lasts Forever’. Destroy Lonely puts out a solid effort with 21 tracks in total which is a lot more than most projects these days. Out of all 21 tracks, he only has 2 features on the tape which is pretty impressive considering his connections.
I think it’s clear to see that Lonely wants to stay in his own lane and be known for his own music as opposed to living off big features.
