Lil Baby speaks on working with Gunna in new Charlamagne interview!

Fans were surprised to see a wave of Lil Baby interviews hit the internet last week, as we aren’t used to the rapper getting on camera to answer questions that often. He is currently promoting his upcoming album ‘WHAM’ which is set to drop next Friday 3rd. Two new interviews have surfaced online, one with Lil Yachty and the other with Charlamagne. The latter contains a lot of controversial talking points, where as his Yachty interview was a more relaxed conversation between two friends, it finds Baby being vulnerable and opening up about his personal life.

While sitting down with Charlamagne for his ‘Out Of Context’ interview series, he was asked several questions surrounding his relationship with Gunna. Lil Baby and Gunna had a reign that many would argue makes them the biggest rap duo of this generation. That all changed when Gunna got locked up along with Young Thug and other YSL members. It has been reported that Gunna told on Young Thug and which was met by a lot of the rap industry turning their back on Gunna. 

This interview puts any hopes of the ATL duo working together again. When asked by Charlamagne about his current relationship with Gunna, “We ain’t got no relationship” Baby replied. The media personality then went on to say “fans on the internet claim you can’t make a hit without Gunna.” Baby laughs and calmly responds “The internet will say anything. You know how many hits I got? So that don’t even make sense.”
