North West London’s own JD Cliffe has officially unveiled his debut EP 'misfit.' - a genre-defying 7-track project that sees the rising talent lean into bold sonic experimentation. Fusing elements of rap, grime, indie, and rock, 'misfit.' signals a new chapter for JD as he confidently carves out his unique space in the UK music landscape.

From start to finish, the EP is a journey through JD’s eclectic influences and creative identity. It’s a project that champions individuality and embraces the outsider perspective, with JD using his voice and sound to challenge conventions while staying true to his roots.
A large portion of the EP sees JD team up with acclaimed producer Maths Time Joy, whose refined soundscapes blend seamlessly with JD’s lyrical delivery and evolving vocal range. Contributions from DRAM, Broken English, Mike Wavvs, and Mont Jake add even more texture, making this debut a collaborative effort rooted in originality and intent.
With 'misfit.', JD Cliffe has delivered a powerful artistic statement - unapologetically personal, sonically adventurous, and a clear sign of even greater things to come. Don’t sleep on this one, and check it out below.
