Ghana’s genre-blending trailblazer Black Sherif has returned with his powerful sophomore album 'IRON BOY' - a 15-track showcase of resilience, growth, and self-belief. As one of Africa’s most talked-about new voices, the project further elevates Sherif’s status with a fearless blend of Afrobeats, hip-hop, and highlife influences.

Black Sherif - IRON BOY

With features from the likes of Fireboy DML on standout track 'So It Goes', and production from long-time collaborator Joker Nharnah alongside Lekaa Beats, 'IRON BOY' brings together Sherif’s raw emotion with refined, global-facing sounds. Each song carries the weight of lived experience, with themes of purpose, struggle, and inner strength woven through his signature storytelling.

To celebrate the release, Black Sherif is hitting the road on a six-date North American tour, before bringing the energy to Europe with 11 headline performances. The European run includes a major London show at the iconic O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on May 3rd, following the sold-out success of his debut international performance at KOKO.

'IRON BOY' isn’t just a follow-up - it’s a defining moment. With undeniable charisma and wisdom far beyond his years, Black Sherif is leading a new wave of African artists reshaping the sound of global music. Check out the brand new album below, and keep your eyes peeled for more moves from Black Sherif.
